Common questions
I bought the supporter pack and it is not showing up.
Open the game, go to the supporter screen and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks your receipt with Apple on the same Apple Account that made the purchase — if you bought it on a different account, sign in to that one first. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
My satellite is out of delta-v. Can I get more?
Not by buying it — that is a deliberate design rule, not an oversight. Delta-v is restored only by a servicing mission, which costs in-game money and takes real transit time. A satellite with an empty tank is not dead: it still works perfectly well in the orbit it is in. It just cannot change that orbit any more, which is the arc the whole game is about.
I deleted the app and lost my progress.
Your save lives only on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. There is no cloud save in v1.0 and no copy on our side, which means we genuinely cannot recover it — we are sorry. Your supporter purchase is not lost: reinstall and tap Restore purchases.
Does it work offline?
Yes, entirely. There is no server and nothing to connect to. Orbits are computed from the clock on your device, so time keeps passing whether you are online, offline or have the app closed — you will find the intel where the physics says it should be when you come back.
Time seems to have jumped forward while I was away.
That is correct behaviour. Nothing runs in the background; instead, positions are computed from elapsed time whenever you open the game. Two hours away is two hours of passes. Note the flip side: changing your device clock changes what the game computes.
When is the Android version?
After iOS. It is not abandoned, it is sequenced — shipping one platform properly first. There is no date to give you yet, and we would rather say that than invent one.
Is there an iPad version?
Not in v1.0. The game ships portrait-only on iPhone. It will run on an iPad in compatibility mode, but the layout is not designed for that screen yet.
I found a bug, or the physics looks wrong.
Please tell us — the second one especially. Email support@celestrike.com with what you saw and what you expected. Orbital mechanics is counterintuitive often enough that a "bug" is sometimes the simulation being right, but we would much rather check than assume.
How do I request a refund?
In-app purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly, but tell us what went wrong anyway — that is how the game gets better.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. That is the whole procedure — there is no account and no server-side copy. See the privacy policy for the detail.
